Rediscovering Essence: A Shoot with Teresa

This shoot with Teresa marks my return to model photography after a long break. It provided a much-needed opportunity to rethink my portfolio and the direction I want to take moving forward. Back in 2017, I was an early adopter of dark and moody photography, but as that style has become more mainstream, I find myself less drawn to it. Instead, I've decided to pursue a film look. Not only do I love the aesthetic, but I also want to embrace shooting more with analog cameras, bringing us closer to the pure essence of photography.

I don't want to spend hours retouching photos, as I believe it doesn't add much value. My focus is on capturing moments, performing color corrections, and ensuring the photos truly shine.

The shoot with Teresa was done using both a Canon 5D Mark IV and a Canon EOS 3. While the analog photos might be less perfect from a technical standpoint, they possess a unique charm. Despite the cloudy weather limiting our location options, I believe we achieved a nice variety in our shots.
